As technology is being integrated into every occupation and business, STEAM education has become increasingly important. Hitachi believes that encouraging STEAM education from an early age is essential to reduce gender and minority gaps in the field of education and fosters critical thinking and innovation.
Supporting STEAM education initiatives also allows Hitachi employees to share their expertise with the next generation. These activities can cultivate excellent young leaders and inspire children and even adults to build careers in STEAM fields.
