Sunisa Manopchantaroj

Sunisa Manopchantaroj has twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources and is currently Senior Vice President and CHRO of Hitachi America, Ltd. Sunisa is responsible for all Human Resources related matters and driving and executing the HR vision and strategy for Hitachi America and the region. In addition, Sunisa has responsibility for managing Facilities in Hitachi America as well as global responsibility for Hitachi’s Learning Management System, Hitachi University. Sunisa is a member of the HAL Executive Committee.

Sunisa has a strong record of achievement and has been instrumental in the success of such Hitachi Global initiatives as Global Performance Management and Hitachi Insights while working at Hitachi Ltd in Japan and in the U.S. Prior to her current role, Sunisa experienced a wide range of responsibilities including global mobility, compensation and benefits management for Hitachi Global Storage Technologies Inc. in Thailand and California.

Sunisa holds a B.A. in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand and an M.B.A. from San Jose State University.
