RBI's approach included setting up an "RBI Migration Factory" and simplifying governance structures. The bank focused on two key performance indicators: the percentage of applications on the cloud and the percentage of IT staff undergoing training. By emphasizing a shift toward a digital culture and workforce transformation, RBI achieved cost savings as a byproduct of its cloud-native transformation journey.
